After hearing about all the snow that was on its way, I took Wednesday before Winter Break as a personal day to assure that we make it up to Bemidji before the snow hit. We spent Christmas Eve together as a small group (Henry, Phyllis, Jason, Justin, Reagan and I) because unfortunately The Kuznia Christmas didn’t happen due to the weather. So, I was very glad that we left early as I know that Grandma Phyllis would have been really disappointed if we didn’t make it, along with the rest of the relatives, and she couldn’t see her little Ray-Ray on top of everyone having to cancel.

Christmas Day, we went to church, went ice fishing and waited for Jerrod, Joy and boys to arrive.  Reagan caught her first fish with Grandpa!!  We opened presents that night with all the cousins and had lots of great food. Reagan enjoyed pushing around her baby buggies and wearing her Tinker Bell outfit from Uncle Jason. She also had fun with the dishes from Grandma to play with along with a table and chairs that was given to Reagan that was once Phyllis’s when she was a little girl. Grandma even painted it pink to match her playroom. I know she will enjoy many hours of fun playing tea party with her friends, dolls, and daddy too!! Justin, Jason and I hit the after Christmas sales the next day and then went out that evening. It was a nice long weekend, with lots of snow and lots of family. Bulio Lunda-means lots of snow in Finnish.
