Baby Phillip Thomas

My newest nephew, Little Phil decided to arrive 4 weeks early--6 lbs. 5 oz. to proud Daddy and Mama, Tom and Jessica. All doing well...Baby Oxygen levels excellent, just a little fluid in lungs. Reagan has been saying, "Baby wool" for "Baby Phil" or "Baby Wo-up" for "Baby Phillip" maybe we will get it down by the time we go and visit. We can't wait to meet him--welcome to the world little guy-we love you already!!

Double Ear Infection and Teething

Need we say more...
Anyone want to baby-sit??? Anyone?? :)

Read to me Grandma!!

Grandma's Here!!

I could barely hold Reagan back when she saw Grandma Kathy pulling up in the driveway waving away!!

Sidewalk Chalk

"Wait... did I just hear an airplane?"
Yes-Reagan sees an AAAUUUUMMMMM---or an airplane. Instead of saying the word, airplane, Reagan thinks it's more fun to make the sound that she hears----"AAAUUUUMMMM!!"
Great after-school snack!!
"What-I can't eat it?"

Favre's Biggest Fan

Are you ready for some football??? Nice Catch!! Tuck 'n' Run This tough cookie is ready to take on the Packers next weekend!! Bring it on!!

Elmo knows what it's all about!!

Here are some pics of Reagan, Grandma Kathy and Elmo doing the Hokey Pokey.

Mommy-Ray Ray Date

While Justin was at volleyball, Reagan and I didn't want to cook so we went to the near-by Applebee's in Shakopee (restaurants are limited out here).

Congrats Jason!!

We went and helped Jason move in to his new house!! It is beautiful and perfect for him, right on the river.

TGIF!!!

Finally---it's Friday!! The Crossmark crew headed out a bit early to the Tavern on France and I met them there. After the first week back to school and a hot day in my classroom---a cool beverage couldn't taste much sweeter!! We went to dinner with Bruce before heading to stay with Jason in St. Cloud. Reagan was tired and hungry but her mood changed quickly after her huge bowl of Mac N Cheese arrived and the live band started to play. Now she can't stop saying Bruce's name----without the "r" ---"Boo-uce."

Party

I had an Arbonne Spa and Uppercase Living party last Saturday. It was a treat to do foot soaks on the patio and a brunch with gals.

Talks Excessively

Reagan will now try to repeat pretty much anything...and her teachers at daycare comment on how much she is talking. I guess when they told us that we didn't think anything of it before...and thought this is how it is. We are thrilled now with how fun she is to interact with, however, is this going to be a Little Justin repeat, of misbehavior notes home from teachers, reports cards saying, "Talks Excessively"??? Justin even tells a story of how his teacher became so sick of him disrupting the class all the time, that she separated his desk from everyone else's to the back of the room and even put up wall dividers. Being the positive optimist that he is, the next day Justin brought in posters, tacks, stapler, tape dispenser and other office supplies to decorate his "new office." The other kids then all wanted an office too that they could decorate and I guess the teacher became even more infuriated because this was supposed to be his punishment...leave it to Justin to make a good thing out of a bad situation!! Hopefully, Reagan gets that character trait from him instead of "Talks Excessively."

Wylee in the Wagon

IIII-wee (as Reagan would say) or Wylee will ride with Reagan in the Radio Flyer.

Stella's Rooftop with the girls

After a crazy start of school, I almost canceled on the girls...but after thinking it over, I thought it doesn't make any sense to cancel because I am too stressed out, to something that is supposed to de-stress me---Happy Hour and dinner with girls. Thanks for planning Amy and helping us all breathe in the last of the summer sunshine on the roof, catch up, laugh and destress!!

Labor Day at the Beach

We beat the back to work blues by hitting the beach in Prior Lake on Labor Day.
