A full day of baby-sitting Phil and a play-date with the Eaton Girls

Reagan loved a fun day spent with the Eaton girls--they had a tea party all wearing tu-tus, had a dance party with music, and watched a movie. Cousin Phil came over for a few hours as well while Tom and Jessica got a few things done getting ready to sell their house. Grandma Kathy came over to see all the kids. Shana took some adorable shots of Phil, and also a few of Reagan too one of which she was having a Toddler moment. My dad always used to say when we had out our pouty lip, "You can hang a tea kettle from that lip."

Let's Go Vikes!!

Go Vikings!!

Justin has Reagan brainwashed already---He points to a Vikings head and asks her, “What’s this?” and she says---“Vikings!!” Then he asks her, “What do we think of the Packers?” and she says, “EEEEEWWWW!!”

We of course watched the game against The Saints in Justin’s man room on his new TV, with lots of appetizers. Here are some shots of us looking very happy when things were going our way and the hope was still alive. Unfortunately, the end result was very disappointing and we aren’t aloud to speak of it…Quote from Justin, “I thought this year would be the year..” Maybe next year the Silver Fox will be back and get us to a Super Bowl. Go Colts!!

Happy 2010!!

We are the party!! --a Quote from Jason
We rang in the New Year with Fon Due and cleaning up puke!! I KNOW-NICE COMBO!! Jason came down for the weekend and we had lots of fun Fon Dueing and playing games, in spite of cleaning up puke from sick Ray-Ray. Reagan came home sick from daycare on Friday, which was not a fun way to start 2010.

Reagan with a smile and feeling better.
Uncle Jason trying to fit in Reagan's tunnel

We also baby-sat Phil over the weekend...

Go Sioux

Grandma Kathy Baby-sat while we met some friends at Sensors to watch the Sioux take on the Gophers in hockey. We tied 5 to 5.

Let's play in the snow!!

It was a long and stressful week at school for me so I decided to leave right away after school instead of staying late (like I probably should’ve) and went to pick up Reagan early to go home and play in the snow!! What a great stress reliever and just what I needed, and I think Reagan had some fun too!

Bathing-a new hobby

Reagan’s new hobby as well as mine, is bathing!! She loves the big tub and it has become her mini play pool. Now the only problem is every time I want to use it, I have to fish out rubber duckies and other tub toys.

Ears???

After hearing about all the snow that was on its way, I took Wednesday before Winter Break as a personal day to assure that we make it up to Bemidji before the snow hit. We spent Christmas Eve together as a small group (Henry, Phyllis, Jason, Justin, Reagan and I) because unfortunately The Kuznia Christmas didn’t happen due to the weather. So, I was very glad that we left early as I know that Grandma Phyllis would have been really disappointed if we didn’t make it, along with the rest of the relatives, and she couldn’t see her little Ray-Ray on top of everyone having to cancel.

Christmas Day, we went to church, went ice fishing and waited for Jerrod, Joy and boys to arrive.  Reagan caught her first fish with Grandpa!!  We opened presents that night with all the cousins and had lots of great food. Reagan enjoyed pushing around her baby buggies and wearing her Tinker Bell outfit from Uncle Jason. She also had fun with the dishes from Grandma to play with along with a table and chairs that was given to Reagan that was once Phyllis’s when she was a little girl. Grandma even painted it pink to match her playroom. I know she will enjoy many hours of fun playing tea party with her friends, dolls, and daddy too!! Justin, Jason and I hit the after Christmas sales the next day and then went out that evening. It was a nice long weekend, with lots of snow and lots of family. Bulio Lunda-means lots of snow in Finnish.
